01 therapy
If you’re the one everyone turns to when the storm hits, you know how it feels to be the life raft. You’re buoyant, you’re reliable, and you’re keeping everyone else from drowning. But you’re also getting soaked, tossed around, and exhausted by the weight of it all.
When you spend your life keeping others afloat, you lose the sense of where you actually want to go. Your own needs become a whisper you’ve learned to ignore.
Therapy with me isn’t about learning how to be a better life raft. It’s about finding your way to a safe harbor. It’s about learning how to finally attune to yourself -- hearing that quiet, wise voice inside, and providing the fierce and tender care for yourself that you’ve so generously given to everyone else, so that you can finally exhale.
02 about
_edited_edited.jpg)
I work with those who have become the emotional life raft for everyone else, leaving them feeling braced and unmoored. In our work together, I'll help you reconnect with the quiet, steady resonance in your own body so you can move through a noisy world from a place of sturdiness.
Training:
Using a blend of AEDP / attachment-focused therapy, parts-work, and somatic awareness, I help empaths and high-achievers move out of the fog of overly attuning to others and back into the safety of their own bodies. I specialize in supporting those navigating the echoes of complex trauma, providing the rhythms and anchors needed to feel sturdy, even in a wobbly world.
